40gsm MGK Release Paper combines machine-glazed kraft, a PVA barrier and a silicone adhesive-contact surface. The white liner can be considered for cleaning tapes, hygiene materials and envelopes using an application-specific release requirement. If identification or branding is printed on the paper, the ink, artwork and print face belong in the construction brief. What backing change is listed between 30gsm and 40gsm MGK?

Caliper changes from 35 ± 5μm to 45 ± 5μm. MD/CD tensile minima change from 30/20 to 35/25 N/15mm. Use those differences to frame a trial, not as proof that the heavier liner releases more easily.
Can single- or two-color printing be included in my enquiry?
