HENGMU will exhibit at Flexo & Labels Expo 2026 from May 26 to 29 at Distrito Anhembi, Pavilion 5, in São Paulo, Brazil. Visit Booth 066A to explore release liner options for roll labels, sheet labels and clear-label constructions.



About Flexo & Labels Expo 2026

Flexo & Labels Expo brings together suppliers and manufacturers across flexographic printing, self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging. The exhibition covers printing equipment, finishing technologies and materials for label and packaging production.


Release Liner Options by Label Construction

HENGMU will present paper and PET release liners with specifications selected for different printing, converting and dispensing requirements.


Glassine and SCK for Roll Label Converting

The showcase will include 55–60 gsm yellow and white Glassine release papers and 65 gsm SCK release paper for evaluation in label constructions processed on flexographic and other conventional printing lines.

Key discussion points include release force consistency, caliper uniformity and liner strength during die-cutting, matrix stripping and dispensing.


CCK for Sheet Label Constructions

HENGMU will present 80 gsm and 135 gsm CCK release liners for sheet label constructions used in offset and digital printing.

Layflat behaviour and dimensional stability are important evaluation points. Suitability should be assessed with the complete label laminate, printing equipment, operating temperature and storage conditions.


PET Release Films for Clear Labels

The showcase will also feature 23–30 μm PET release films for clear-label constructions, including clear PP labels, and applications involving high-speed dispensing.

Our team can discuss film thickness, optical requirements, mechanical properties and release behaviour. Trials should confirm performance with the selected adhesive, label design and dispensing equipment.
